Nicola and Ray taking Dress Down day to comic levels in the office today. Thanks to Sweet Talk - Home Baking for the yummy comic relief themed cakes, which we served our colleagues and visitors for a donation.
Pleased with our fundraising efforts, we raised £92.67 in total for Comic Relief: Red Nose Day! Thanks to everyone who supported us.
This is Nicola Davidson, business consultant with Optimul - Small Business Solutions.
Nicola works closely with the whole team at KR Steel & Cladding, in a range of projects including the development of systems and processes, administrative tasks and training workshops. Her expertise and opinion is valued greatly.
This is Lauren Moroney. Lauren is a 6th year student at Ellon Academy and comes to us a day per week for Work Related Learning. In addition to this, Lauren has secured a part time job with us in our accounts and HR team. We hope this will continue after she leaves school and begins her further education at college or university.
Lauren is bright and bubbly, often keeping us all right.
She is always happy to help with any task and is organised and efficient.
This is Lana Prati Hall. Lana joined the team last September, and we're not sure how we managed without her! In her own words:
"As the Project and HSEQ Administrator at KR Steel and Cladding, some of the work I do involves administration of incoming tender enquiries, project coordination, HSEQ/ISO management, data supervision and improvement to existing documents and processes. One of the reasons I love working here is that I also have the opportunity to get involved in many other aspects of the business, including marketing and business development. I feel the strengths I bring to the team are organisation, positivity and creative thinking.”
Next up is Leah Stevenson. Leah has been with us for 2 years now, working in the operations team as a part time project administrator whilst studying at college.
Leah in charged with various tasks such as managing our website and marketing. She is a determined and focused individual, who is always up for a challenge no matter how big or small. She is a very valuable part of our team and we look forward to working alongside her for the foreseeable, alongside her pathway in further education.
